At initial assessment a detailed case history is taken. It is also an opportunity to discuss concerns. The SaLT will then complete an assessment. Assessment may be through observations, informal assessment and formal assessment. Following this, the SaLT will provide feedback and discuss management.
Therapy and intervention is person centred to a child or teenagers needs. A discussion with the SaLT regarding therapy and management will follow an initial assessment.

If you are a SaLT or SaLT Assistant in need of a Supervisor, we provide this service. Supervision can be face to face, Skype or via the telephone.
